OBJECTIVE

The aim of WP7 is to provide an inventory of available models (in vitro, nutritional and animal models), resources and (multidisciplinary) strategies that can be applied to analyse and validate cause-effect mechanisms in microbiome research. WP7 also aims to share protocols and SOPs in order to increase reproducibility and comparability across microbiome studies.
