The objective of WP1 is to identify and collect human and non-human studies with data relevant to food, diet and intestinal microbiomics, and to provide infrastructures to share this data.

The work in WP1 is divided into 5 different Tasks:
Task 1: Annotation of all animal studies and human studies divided into intervention, and observational studies with data relevant to nutrition and microbiome
Task 2: Preparation of all information to be requested to the annotated studies
Task 3: Collection of relevant information from, animal, intervention and observational studies
Task 4: Raw/individual and metadata sharing in the Phenotype database
Task 5: Connecting studies whose raw data cannot be shared in Mica and Opal/Datashield
